Drains blocked starting at Nicol park then all rain water travelled down to the drains at our street nowhere for the water to go all drains filled with debris

I stay at 50 hillside terrace and our property back garden and garage had about 10 inches of water which came from nicol park, I looked at that drain yesterday on the corner of greens and it was totally blocked,,,we have had this problem before !!!all drains around here are full with debris I cannot remember the last time the drain cleaning was carried out by the council they just seem to be doing the grass cutting!!!!all drains here need a good clean out we pay enough council tax!!!
