Drain is blocked, when it rains it over flows

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 977398.

This drain being blocked has been reported many times with no one ever solving the issue, the last time I reported I was told that funding was in place for a fix but this has never happened and every time it rains the drain over flows, there is currently what looks like plants growing out of it
