Run-off from public road leading to flooding at junction

Hello, the camber of the road and the lack of drainage ditches causes water to collect at the end of the drive. The concern here is that this water freezes and makes it dangerous to exit out on to the public road in winter because of wheel spin on the ice. Cars often come round the corner very fast and the unpredictable speed in exiting this junction caused by wheel spin on the ice has led to some near misses. The volume of water that collects here means that it is not possible to manage with gritting alone. You will see that this was reported last year and closed. However, there was no evidence that any work was done (and no details provided on any work that was/wasn't done) and you will see from the time and date stamped photos attached that this issue remains (attached photos show lack of drainage ditches or grates either side of junction and flooding at junction). We would be very grateful if you could please look at this issue and address it before winter. Please let me know if you require any further information. Thank you.
