No bollard - dangerous
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 977153.
A traffic calming island has been installed at the side of Glebe Avenue as you enter it from the A947. It has no bollard with reflective markings. Cars and vans are driving over the top of it. This has only recently been adopted from Claymore Homes. A traffic cone has been placed there for now to warn drivers, particularly at night.
