• We’ve now completed our inspection and confirmed that the issue you reported relates to infrastructure owned or maintained by a utility company or other third party.

  We have referred the matter to the responsible provider for investigation and repair.

  Please note that utility covers, access points and associated equipment remain the responsibility of the provider, and the Roads Authority does not carry out repairs to these assets.

  For any further information or updates, you may wish to contact the utility provider directly.
