Restricted access to footpaths and restricted lighting - the pathways between the area Athol rise and belhaven road (are where lampposts 4,5,6 and 7 are located) has become extremely overgrown that access to the paths is now restricted - the main area of concern is the area beside Lamppost 5 as this is fully overgrown and has restricted lighting

  • We’ve completed our inspection and were unable to log a defect requiring action by the Roads Service.

    In many cases, this means the issue may relate to land or infrastructure that is not maintained by our service. This could include areas looked after by another part of the Council — such as housing, landscape, or waste services — or by a third party, such as a utility provider, housing association, developer, or private landowner.

    If the situation changes, or if you’re able to provide additional information, you’re welcome to get back in touch. However, if the issue continues to fall outside the Roads Service’s responsibility, it will remain with the appropriate service or owner to address.
