Gully overflown

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 975040.

Customer calling to report drain outside the baker overflowing with water. Customer has noticed there is blue paint be added around the gully As per customer request can the drain be cleared and fixed please. Also can they be advised when the gully is due to be fixed by phone call please.
