Drain blocked

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 974696.

Drain outside 52 Burnside road Mintlaw is full of earth. Recently when we had a down pour it couldn't get away.

  • We have an update – we’ve completed our assessment of the gully defect you reported and evaluated the risk it poses.

    The level of risk determines our target response times, which are then used to prioritise and programme work across the network.

    In this case, the defect does not require immediate attention, but it will be picked up the next time we are carrying out routine gully maintenance on this road.

    The location has been recorded and will be monitored during future inspections to check for any changes in condition.
