Exceeding 30mph through village

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 974616.

I reported last year a faulty speed sign when entering the village. Not all of the digits light up. Even though there is a 30mph static sign at each end of the village we suffer from speeding at all hours of the day and night. I contacted the police at the same time as my previous report to you last year. . They have referred it to the community police, who don’t seem to be doing anything about it. What can be done to reduce the speed of vehicles through our village?
