Road surface is dangerous, loose chippings

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 974085.

There is approximately 1 mile stretch of road on the b977 from cothal to the turn off to the b979 that is utterly dangerous. I was on my push bike and it took me all my time to stay on my bike and not fall off. On the corners I had to actually get off my bike and push it due to it being so dangerous. Being made to walk on a road like this due to the conditions is unbelievable. There is a 20mph limit due to this, however cars are overtaking at far above this speed limit and the result in this is my push bike having been damaged by the resulting stones being thrown at both myself and my bike. Why are the roads not closed, the planings rolled into the road and the excess stones removed ? I haven’t had the bike fully inspected just yet, but due to it being a carbon fibre frame, if there are any cracks, it will be extremely costly to be repaired/replaced.
