Overgrown vegetation and fallen tree obstructing footway on Hill of Banchory West (near Forestside Road)

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 974081.
There is significant overgrown vegetation and a fallen tree/large branch obstructing the public footway on Hill of Banchory West, near the junction with Forestside Road. The vegetation and fallen branches have reduced the usable width of the pavement, requiring pedestrians to move around the obstruction. This is a well-used footway and would benefit from the vegetation being cut back and the fallen tree/branches being removed. Photos attached.
