Huge crack in kerb. Sharp edge pointing into road

There is a huge crack in the kerb today, it was sticking out so badly that it actually slashed the whole of my mother’s front tyre resulting in the tyre being totally ruined and needing replaced! This is a huge hazard to people and vehicles
