Surface Dressing Issue
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 973666.
Damage sustained to car by car on other side of the road on the A947 Newmachar to Dyce, nearer the Newmachar side at the crossroads. There were loose stones on road, was barely doing 10mph, massive crack on windscreen due to it. Unable to use car due to this.
