Water tap at the back of the leisure centre car park is running

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 973580.

Ground box containing water tap has broken lock, forced open. Water was running freely but has now been turned off by Leisure Centre Staff but the box opens freely. Not sure the purpose of the tap
