Commercial Rd Car Park overgrown

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 972418.

Could you please advise the department responsible for keeping the car park tidy that never gets looked at. A member of the public has cut down most of the weeds that had grown, some to a height of 3 feet, round the edges of the car park. They have been left where cut down as no means of disposing of them.
