This photo has been taken 3 hours after heavy rain, the water was half way across the road forcing traffic to cross onto oncoming traffic, plus with the pavement completely submerged pedestrians are walking on the road endangering themselves.

We’re currently developing our approach to displaying priorities and target completion times to keep residents better informed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to assess the level of risk and allocate resources based on urgency, location, and the availability of repair teams.
This defect has been added to our works programme and will be scheduled accordingly.
