No markings at give way junction

Reported via mobile in the Road Markings category by Eleanor Hickman at 08:36, Tuesday 16 June 2026

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969968.

I had an accident yesterday at this give way junction, I was heading east. Thankfully everyone was ok but my car is not and it certainly could have been more serious. Although there is a sign, there are virtually no remaining road markings at this give way junction. No triangle at all and only tiny patches of remaining paint. The verges hide the road when coming from west to east so its not obvious that there is a road there. A stop junction would be better still but I feel the lack of road marking is dangerous. I was made aware at the scene that there has been another similar accident previously.
