Abandoned van

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969958.

Van registration HW11XWO has been here parked on public street for months. It has no mot or road tax. Has been reported to both police and dvla. Police are only interested if the vehicle is moving, it isnt, its been abandoned and has flat tyres. Dvla put a sticker on it which was removed but nothing has happened since.
