Overgrown Tree / Hedge Blocking Public Pavement

There are overgrown trees / hedges which are blocking the pavement and pathway at the back and side of 18 Burnside Gardens, Portlethen, AB12 4PX. It has been like this at the rear for a couple of years now and the hedge along the side is going to block the path soon.

The Roads Authority is taking appropriate action to resolve the matter. This may include requiring the responsible individual or organisation to carry out remedial work within a specified timescale.
