Crossing issue

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969829.

Roadworks on high st at white feathers hotel, they have erected scaffolding, boarded off the bottom section of scaffolding, actual pavement is blocked off, cross the pelican crossing and cant turn right to go to tesco streets packed with cars so cant get round. Unsure if permission has been given for scaffolding and closing off the pavement.
