Lamp post in front of my drive can it be removed?

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969768.

We have a lamp post in front of our drive parking is horrendous in Deveron park so we have to use our drive for 2 cars & a van we would like the lamppost taken down to give better access to our drive it also shines in our bedroom window when it’s on
