The road surface has deteriorated badly over a large stretch of the street. Hardly drivable. A series a large deep potholes, with the road surface around them breaking up. Have reported this multiple times over the months, but it is getting much, much worse. Please repair. Thank you.

We’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed your enquiry to our local Roads Team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when that assessment has taken place.

We’re currently developing our approach to displaying priorities and target completion times to keep residents better informed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to assess the level of risk and allocate resources based on urgency, location, and the availability of repair teams.
This defect has been added to our works programme and will be scheduled accordingly.
