Zig Zag markings worn and faded
Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 12:23, Wednesday 10 June 2026
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969272.
At present, the markings are worn, faded and difficult for motorists to see. Because of this, the amount of vehicles now parking in the controlled zone is, on a daily basis, unacceptable. Furthermore, due to the poor markings, it makes it difficult for Police to enforce the crossing regulations. Is there an opportunity to consider re-painting the lines in order to assist with our enforcement as well as (more importantly) protecting pedestrians when utilising the facility. I look forward to hearing from you.
