Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 969229.
There was a temporary protecting fence put in place oVer a broken pole at riverside but I see this morning that it has been removed leaving the space a risk to small children and dogs etc It has been launched into the river Cowie Hope it will be repaired or temp repair at least quickly for safety of those passing
