Flooding at property No. 6 Belhelvie Village AB23 8YU

I have emailed before about ongoing flooding problems at my house, which borders the pavement and road going through Belhelvie. I have observed over months the pattern of flooding and the effects on my house, and it really does need attention. Rain spells are more serious now due to changing weather patterns. The floor at the east end of my property is suspended, leaving about an 8 inch space underneath. In the past this space flooded, once soaking the carpets. We didn't know how the water was coming in then. However, my late husband had to install a submersible pump, at the east end door, which is effective as long as it continues to work, and if there is no power cut. But it is not a long term solution. I am anxious about leaving the property if heavy rain is forecast. I also want to install new flooring but can't do this until the problem is solved. Since then I have been taking note of how the water comes in, and it is not backflow from the road, even though there is vast puddling, as the build up of water actually flows towards the road junction. The water is emerging into the house as a clean source from much further down: from the below the pump. I have noticed this space fills up first then triggers the pump, expelling a lot of water each time; in two hours, the pump discharged three times. I suspect there may be a fracture in the drains/gullies under the pavement and road directly in front of the house, Some of the pipes may be old clay types and with the constant heavy traffic passing over the last decades, it's quite likely there could be stress fractures, and in heavy rain this water is leaking to my property. I am submitting several photos taken during two hours of rain on Thursday afternoon 4th June, on a separate email to show the extent of water. It also shows the space with pump installed.
