Road repairs

I am writing to enquire when road repairs will be carried out in the road between the Glassel hall and bridge end cottages. As the Glassel road is currently closed for repairs to the bridge on C004K West Brathens , we are being diverted on to the road to bridge end cottages to Inchmarlo . There are currently 18 pot holes on a 300 metre stretch of road. The increased traffic on this narrow road makes them hard to avoid , and when they a filled with rain water impossible to see. They have been reported for months and nothing done. I expected these to be repaired before closing the Glassel road and diverting traffic onto this unfit road. I would appreciate if you could notify me of when these repairs may be carried out and to assure me that payment will be made if any damage is sustained to cars during this time
