Parking on Footpath

Reported via mobile in the On Street Parking Issue category anonymously at 12:08, Monday 1 June 2026

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 967882.

At 11:10am on 1/6/26 whilst walking on Farrochie Road Stonehaven adjacent to the Coop Shop and Redcloak Fish Bar, I encountered this. A long articulated vehicle taking up most of the footpath and also parked on double yellow lines. I hope this photo will allow you to identify the vehicle and pursue the matter with the owners. Absolutely no consideration for pedestrians, especially if pushing a pushchair etc. Clearly illegal in my opinion.
