Verge destroyed and now an unoffical layby

This is now an eyesore and is used by even articulated lorries which do even more damage. This was once a nice verge and is regularly filled with litter from parked vans and cars. We little pick ourselves on the estate as there appears to be nothing done by the council. Reinstate verge.
