Query about the insulation of fibre cables that is ongoing just now. Calling for information to find out if the insulation is within the callers boundary which it shouldnt be. There are manholes in callers drive and field, so who would be responsible if anything happened after the work is completed - Caller is worried that when the work is finished if he were to put up a fence who would be responsible if the work was damaged, or can it be shifted before the work starts. Please call back to advise.
