Parking Issue

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 964609.

Customers street is near the school and every day parents are parking on the street across from her drive blocking her access. She is unable to get her car in/out during these times. Have tried speaking to the parents but they just shouted at them. Have not managed to get through to the Police regarding the issue either. Wondering if there are any measures that can be put in place here.
