Gully/drain cover raised and sunk

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 964536.

This has been in need of repair for over 3 months and is getting worse by the day. The iron cover is raised at one side and sunken at the other side. In addition, the tarmac surrounding is a big hole.
