20inch cast iron drain cover exposed/loose

Kindly note that there is a cast iron drain cover significantly exposed and loose on the road. It has very sharp edges and is 4 inch/10 cm sticking out/deep from the road. This can cause damage to vehicle tires or people walking past can get hurt especially if the drain cover becomes dislodged completely. Also, people driving around it on the other side of the road and I’ve seen several cyclists getting into trouble because of cars/trucks are coming towards them and getting too close. Kindly asked to rectify the situation I will call in the morning as well, thank you.

    I saw a car swerving very quickly to miss the cast iron drain cover, narrowly missing a car coming from the other side. As the large gully is at the top of the corner, it’s difficult to see if cars or cyclist coming towards you. It is waiting for an accident…..
