2x foot bridges

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 960837.
Foot bridges need repairs. I reported this last year and you cordoned off the bridges but the temp barriers have since been washed away and the hand rail of one bridge has collapsed. Located river ythan near meadows way ellon.
