Blocked drain

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 955575.

Thank you for clearing 3 drains at Lethenty after the flood. However the public road drain at the end of our road is still blocked. Unfortunately we were away last week and couldn’t speak to the team to remind them. I spoke with the engineer a few weeks ago and we spoke about the 4 drains. I presume it is has just been forgotten and trust that you will deal with as soon as possible. We cannot open the drain to clear it as the grid is well and truly wedged
