Huge amount of rubbish just before roundabout.

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 955483.

Rubbish has been accumulating on the side of the road access to Ellon from the A90. It's disgusting. There are some big plastic containers, bottles, cans, bags. When was the last time this was cleaned?
