Speed Limit Reduction

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 952607.
Good Afternoon, I am hoping to request that a section of our road have a reduced speed limit applied. It is a single track road, with several farms and houses. There are many animals, including pets, and several small children living here. There are also large vehicles on the road all year round from the tattie barn further along. When there is a traffic diversion in place (as there is currently, due to the sinkhole at Greeness), people drive much too fast on the road. There are dips, blind corners and no passing places, save for driveways and field entrances. It presents a hazard and we are concerned when letting children and pets out. If at all possible, could the speed limit on the road be reviewed? The ideal outcome here would be to have a 40mph speed limit introduced for at least part of the road.
