Very deep flooding across whole road

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 950791.

Standing water isn’t unusual on this road, but this flooding is much worse than usual with the whole road flooded. Flood warning signs would be helpful as this is a busy road.

    We’re currently developing our approach to displaying priorities and target completion times to keep residents better informed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to assess the level of risk and allocate resources based on urgency, location, and the availability of repair teams.

    The issue you reported has now been resolved.

    Depending on the nature and scope of the initial enquiry, the necessary repairs will have been carried out either by our frontline maintenance crews or, in some cases, completed directly by one of our inspectors during their site visit.
