We’ve now completed our inspection and can confirm that the issue you reported relates to infrastructure owned/maintained by Scottish Water.
We'll refer the matter to them for investigation and repair but for any further information or updates, you may wish to contact the utility company directly by calling their customer helpline on 0800 0778 778 or through their website at www.scottishwater.co.uk/Help-and-Resources/Contact-Us/Contacting-Us.
Please note that utility covers, access points and associated equipment remain the responsibility of the provider, and the Roads Authority does not carry out repairs to these assets. We do however maintain the road/footway surface that surrounds them.
