Roadside Drain full of water a debris outside No 17 Beechcroft Gardens, Insch

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 945890.

The roadside drain is very full near to top of water which I can understand given current weather conditions but there seems to be debris also which may cause further problems.
