Empty grit bin

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 944184.

E mail from Aberdeenshire Council this morning advising the grit bin has been refilled. This is not the case and the grit bin remains empty. Please can you refill the bin

  • Thanks for getting in touch. This grit bin is situated in a location that does not fall under the Roads Service’s maintenance responsibilities.

    Bins at schools, medical centres, hospitals, new housing developments, or other non-adopted locations are managed by the organisation or company responsible for that site.

    Unfortunately, this bin is not part of our replenishment programme and will not be refilled.
