Thick ice

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 943420.

The pavements around Newtonhill are shocking. Cairnhill Way is a sheet of thick ice. No grit bins to even try making it better. I have disabilities and don't drive. Had to go out today for the first time and could only walk on the road which is dangerous. We are on day 9 of this now and it's disgusting
