Drain blocked flooding road. 30cm deep. Full width of road.

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 943412.

1. A drain on the west side of the road is blocked. 2. This drain and the culvert under the road needs cleaning out of debris. 3. A culvert on the east side of the road also needs cleaning out, which is accessible by a new manhole installed by Highways two years ago. 4. Water is now 30cm deep, full width of the road and extends 20 metres. 5. Water from the road is entering the garden of the adjacent property.
