Deep snow on pavement

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 943383.
Deep snow on pavement on Main Street in Rhynie. Too deep to open front doors, it is not safe and will cause detrimental damage to uPVC and wooden doors. Can someone please explain why the pavement on the other side of the road was cleared the other day but on this side of the road with even numbers (and street lamps) has still not been cleared? There are elderly residents on this side of the road as well as the other side, there are residents who are recovering from operations and some wheelchair users who cannot be expected to go out and clear the snow with shovels. Residents pay Council Tax and for the pavements and roads to be this bad well over a week after the snow began is utterly appalling. If the Council has contracted external help to do the pavements then it should include both sides of the road, not just one side. ALL residents should be receiving the same level of service. Please kindly confirm why both sides have not been done and confirm when they will be doing the other side. On the roads, if it had not been for local farmers, the situation would have been a lot worse.
