Flooding

The large amount of snow is going to cause flooding ,your asking everyone to prepare ,please bring a pallet of sandbags to premnay ,as we have reported flooding before ,numerous times getting to be at least twice a year ,,never been fixed in the time Iv been here ,,the blockage on drain at bottom of village and wrong sz pipe underground is never going to cope ,,living waiting on the flood ,,please help imm ,
