Request for Dedicated Turning Lane for Those Turning Left

I am requesting that the council considers implementing a dedicated turning lane for those turning left onto Evan Street. This will allow better traffic flow and decrease confusion for drivers at the junction. It will also improve the safety of the pedestrian crossing.
