Grit bin lid keeps blowing open and the contents is solid

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 940227.

Due to the lid blowing open the contents is mostly solid and unusable The lid needs a catch mechanism or similar to ensure or stays closed during wildly conditions The current contents needs emptied and topped up with useable grit
