Village limit speed signage

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 940183.

Dual facing signage is fitted with illumination by design. Self illumination inoperative both sides of road (North/South) and East/West bound. Additionally, street lighting is impaired due to tree growth.
