Bollard Missing

The Kerb cannot be seen at night and as a result many cars are hitting the kerb. The central reservation. Both myself and my wife have hit it, causing instant flat tyres and wheel damage. It’s very dangerous and could result into cars losing control and crashing into parked vehicles. It’s needs repaired immediately!
