Road was dugged up by resident of the farm
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 931385.
The road was dugged up accross and massive bump of mud and gravel left out the side of the rad was scraped, tree ripped with toots and dumped in quinach. Its impossiboe pass the bump at 5moh without scraping underneath the car
