Whole set of lights not on when darkest

The whole set of streetlights from Carnie Ave culdesac 74 and all the houses to Carnie Ave no 100 are not on at the appropriate times. They do not come on early morning when it is now still dark, or very late at night. Photo attached indicates that other parts of the street are lit at these times. Very dark for residents going to work at 6am. Photos taken at 6.40am 04/11/25 This issue was also reported last winter and has not been fixed.
